Dhanyatman, Namasthe:
India is on the path of resurgence in understanding her heritage, traditions and value systems developed through centuries by our forefathers. More people, especially youth, are being motivated by the relevance of the contributions of our ancient masters and are convinced that they have a pivotal role to play for the renaissance of India’s lost glory.
Countries in Europe and America are studying the Indian concepts of life and the value systems as means of solving their social problems. Concepts of Yoga, Meditation, Vegetarianism, Ayurveda treatments etc. are widely acknowledged and gaining momentum in many parts of the world.
The project along with about twenty-five units therein has been visualized to re-establish the lifestyle of Vrindavan, the self sufficient village where life was full, calm, peaceful and serene in the presence of Lord Krishna: the Upholder of Dharma, the Annihilator of Adharma, the propounder of a philosophy seeing the whole universe as one family.
Approximately 100 acres of land will be required for this project. Already we could take possession of about 36 acres of land and efforts are being made to acquire the balance portion. The cost of the project has been roughly estimated to be not less than Rs.150 crores.
The ISK will be a non-profit entity for the public good manned entirely by dedicated, selfless volunteers from different walks of life.
We seek your patronage through membership (membership is available with certain benefits – please see “Application for Membership” page), donations and sponsorship of any one or more units planned within the whole project.
